Privacy and Security


At HeartCave we respect and value the privacy of our customers. We will not sell, or trade, your private information to any third party. 

The HeartCave online store does not record credit card information. All payment data is handled by the expert team at our payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are secure and encrypted by Stripe’s audited and certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 infrastructure (the highest possible certification.) Personal information gathered from a purchase is used only to complete that purchase. 

If you signed up for our mailing list you will receive periodic email updates. These are sent only at your request. We will not sell our mailing list to any third parties. If you wish to stop receiving mailing list updates you will find removal instructions included with each mailing list update. 

We use website analytics tools to measure the performance on our site. Information typically gathered includes geographic location and the type of device and software used (we generally know the location from where you visit our site, as well as information about your browser and operating system.) Our site uses ‘cookies’ to provide a relevant and custom experience. We do not use ‘cookies’ to track your online activity.

Store Policies

Terms of Sale

All orders ship within five business days of purchase. Domestic shipping is made via USPS Priority Mail. International shipping is provided by USPS First Class International. 

HeartCave does not offer refunds. We do offer exchange or store credit for 14 days (see below).

HeartCave uses Squarespace and Stripe to provide a secure shopping experience for our customers. All purchase transactions use HTTPS and payment information is handled by our processor using AES-256 encryption with separately stored decryption keys. HeartCave is committed to secure and safe transactions and that is why we chose Squarespace and Stripe as our platform vendors. 


Information Regarding Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All merchandise sales are final, with exception being made only for manufacturing defect. 

We provide a 14-day exchange period for new, unworn merchandise. Exchanges are typically made for size or material preference. All exchanges must obtain a prior authorization from info@shopheartcave.com including an authorization number on the outside of the package received by HeartCave within the 14-day period.

Merchandise exchange is available only for new, unworn items. For the purposes of these terms, "new, unworn merchandise" is defined as product in original condition that has not been worn in public, has been stored in its original box, and is in original condition, free of dust scratches and exposure to the elements.
